Delta Solutions has also maintained a Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Maturity Level 3 rating since 2008.
Delta Solutions uses BEACON®, our Project Management and Quality Assurance Methodology, to ensure project goals are fully met as defined by our clients.

Delta Solutions' CMMI Maturity Level 3 rating approved by the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) of Carnegie Mellon University provides an effective advantage in a constantly changing and competitive environment. Many Federal agencies use the rating as a highly regarded evaluation and benchmarking tool for project management, systems and software engineering contracts.
CMMI is an internationally recognized framework for process improvement. It combines carefully selected best practices based on experience in a variety of disciplines, including systems analysis and design, software engineering and project management.
The CMMI model helps to integrate separate organizational functions, set process improvement objectives, provide guidance for quality processes and provide a point of reference for evaluation of current processes. Using this approach allows Delta Solutions to constantly improve our support to Federal Government initiatives.
Delta Solutions’ conformance to the multiple process areas prescribed by the CMMI model was appraised using the Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI).
