Margaret Lindsay
General Counsel and Chief Financial Officer
Margaret joined Delta Solutions in 2003 and serves as the General Counsel and CFO.
In addition to her financial and legal responsibilities, she manages all corporate functions including contracts management and human resources, and she administers Delta Solutions' benefits programs.
Prior to joining Delta Solutions, Margaret worked for over ten years in the telecommunications industry in both financial and legal roles.
As a Vice President at Cable and Wireless, Margaret was responsible for the general management of 25 line and staff personnel and $90 million in revenue from domestic telecommunication carriers.
She also negotiated complex international carrier agreements.
In her role as a Director of Finance, she directed a financial team responsible for preparation of financial results and providing decision support to Executive Management.
While at MCI, as Senior Manager Business Markets, she was responsible for the financial operations of the MCI Call Center Services group and Agent Sales program, including plan and
forecast development, opportunity and risk analysis, and contract and sales compensation review.
Margaret holds a J.D. from the Georgia State University College of Law and a B.A. in Public Administration/Finance from the University of Michigan.
