Michael Reingruber
Vice President - Business Development
With significant experience developing, growing and leading technology-related professional services teams, Michael Reingruber serves as Delta Solutions' head of Business Development. He joined Delta Solutions as a Vice President in January 2010 to oversee the growth and delivery of Delta Solutions' financial management systems and services work at several key federal agencies, including the Department of the Interior and Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Michael most recently served at Citizant as director of enterprise architecture programs with responsibility for consulting work at multiple federal agencies. Previously he was vice president of the business solutions group at Plexus Scientific Corp., where he developed new solution offerings and grew the solutions business with federal clients. In addition, Michael served on the board of directors of Plexus Scientific during a difficult transition period as a new CEO and board were elected. He also served as an ESOP trustee for three years for this 100% employee owned company.
Earlier, Michael held senior sales and leadership positions focused on the commercial and federal professional services marketplace for several firms, including Peyton Hadley, Vocus, FutureNext Consulting, and SRA International. He holds an M.B.A. in Finance and B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland College Park.
