Tim Rinaman 

 

 

A seasoned leader of business development, IT services delivery and technology solution development for government  and commercial customers, Tim Rinaman joined Delta Solutions as Vice President in August 2011 to spearhead the firm's entry into the federal healthcare sector, which represents a key opportunity for Delta Solutions' financial management and business analytics service lines.

 

Tim most recently was Vice President, Federal Sector for Stellar Services, where he led sales and delivery of IT services and business solutions work with NIH, among other government clients.  He earlier served as Group Vice President, Operations for Citizant, Inc., where he directed Enterprise Architecture business with HHS and other federal civilian and defense agencies. Earlier Tim was CTO and Senior Vice President, Operations at Information Management Consultants, Inc., where his responsibilities included leading technology solution development in health and life sciences. 

 

Tim's prior experience includes positions of Vice President, Operations for easyfurnish, inc; co-founder, President and CEO of PegaSys Technologies, Inc; and Vice President at Information Engineering Systems Corp. He has published and presented numerous topics at industry seminars ranging from enterprise architecture, electronic health records and enterprise content management. Tim also served as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps, leading combat engineer, logistics and manpower units in the U.S. and overseas. He holds a B.S. in civil engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic  Institute.
